Jimmy knew what was happening was history in the making. Do you feel the same about the coronavirus pandemic today? Write a diary entry about the current events making reference to “watching history being made.”
Use the checklist from last week on how to do a diary entry to help you with this.

SPHE:
- During this time at home it is important to look after ourselves, not just physically but also our mind. It can get a little bit lonely at home or sometimes quite the opposite it can be just too busy with brothers or sisters annoying you. I strongly recommend some mindful meditation. You can do it on your own or with someone at home. Either way it is worth it. You will feel very calm and relaxed after it.
